Privacy policy

We collect only what we need to print and deliver your order, and we never sell your information.

What we collect

• Contact details: name, email, phone (optional), and a shipping address if you choose shipping.
• Your uploaded files and order details.
• Account details if you create an account: email and a password, which is stored encrypted.
• Basic site data such as pages visited and browser type, used to keep the site working.

What we don't collect. Card numbers never touch our servers. Payments are handled by Stripe, under their own privacy policy.

How we use it

• To print, deliver and support your order.
• To email you about your order: received, needs attention, charged, ready, shipped.
• To let account holders view past orders and reorder.

We don't send marketing email unless you opt in.

Who we share it with. Only the services that help us fill your order: the payment processor, the shipping carrier (name and address only), and our email-sending service.

Your files. Files are stored privately and are seen only by us. See our file retention policy for how long we keep them.

Children. Our sites are meant for parents and adults. Students' work may appear in files you upload, but we don't collect information from children directly.

Your choices. You can ask us to delete your account, your files or your order history at any time: orders@cementcityprinting.com. We keep order and payment records as long as tax law requires.
